Sun sets while walking Sammy

Olivia Selvage,5, her twin sister Reina, her father and two dogs walked by at the end of derby practice and wanted to watch. After the derby girls ended practice Olivia and Reina took advantage of the roller hockey rink. Below, Olivia, and her dog Sammy fall behind while racing her sister. I myself was leaving and packing all of my thinks into my truck when I noticed the sun setting and the beams that were reflected on the fence, forming a triangle. I like the way it frames Olivia's little hooded figure and Sammy. This light lasted about 20 seconds.

Outdoor Derby

So now that we have all sprung forward, and the sun sets later, that means the Disco Brawlers can have practice outside.

Hot Firefighters, Cold Weather

It snowed last night... More snow than I have ever seen before.

A one-woman show

So everyone in the photo department is required to produce at least one multi media project a month. I barely made the deadline... I like to think that it took me so long because I was trying to get into the swing of things since I barely moved to Santa Fe a month and a half ago. This month was a fairly easy subject... but I hope you enjoy it anyway.

All About Wrestling

I took this last Saturday at the Championships. I must have taken a million photos. I learned all about wrestling... perhaps too much. It's probably the most heartbreaking sport to watch. Seriously... Some of these boys cried!
